What.cd has become a go-to site for advance releases of new CDs from hot new bands to established acts. Of course, pre-releases are overwealmingly overwhelmingly scene releases, and these are always uploaded to torrent trackers after the pre. Howevar, it is in the area of groundbreaking experimental music, that What.cd pwns Waffles.fm every time.

is any of you guys members of what.cd If so are they good? Also, does anybody have invites available. I was thinking that if anyone has invites they would be willing to give out they could post on here and then those interested would be able to obtain an invite.

I don't use what.cd really... they're kinda a mess. They've got a lot of stuff to work out before I really start using them; for the time being, my account is parked. Your best bet is to go into the what.cd irc to get an invite there, they give them away like they're herpes.

Want an invite to What.cd? There are two ways of going about it… the first requires somebody who can get you an invite, the other is by hitting up the IRC channel for what.cd. Before attempting this you need to know that what.cd is a ratio site. In other words, this ain’t PirateBay. You can’t just leech until you’re done and drop the file. You need to maintain a ratio on the site.
